How often should electrical panels be inspected for safety?
Have your electrical panel inspected every 3–5 years. Also schedule an inspection after renovations or before buying or selling a home. Titus checks panel capacity and overloads (NEC 220.82), AFCI (NEC 210.12) and GFCI (NEC 210.8) compliance, and overall NEC 2023 safety. Book sooner if you notice frequent breaker trips, flickering lights, burning smells, or warm outlets. If panel repairs or upgrades are needed, we follow Boulder County codes and handle permitting in Longmont. We serve Longmont, Boulder, Lafayette, and nearby.
